CCI provide a professional service to clients looking for a unique interior environment. We carry out most of our work within the commercial and health care sectors with airport projects being the core of our annual workload.

Interior fit-out is the primary line of work undertaken by CCI, incorporating suspended ceilings, partition walls, carpentry, data flooring and soft floor finishes.

It is our policy that all projects undertaken by us are completed on schedule and within the budget set by the client.

We deliver a full turnkey service providing the client with a single point of contact responsible for coordinating the skills required throughout the fitting-out process.  This ensures that we deliver peace of mind that the project will achieve the high level of quality and snag-free handover required and that critical move or completion dates are adhered to. This delivery strategy is at the forefront of every CCI project.

CCI specialise in projects ranging in value from £5,000 - £5,000,000.  Within this, CCI can provide dedicated site management at all levels and senior management support where required to both staff and principal contractors.

CCI are aware that many environments need to remain functional on a daily basis and there is a requirement to carry out refurbishments and maintenance in a live, working area. This is when we look to offer our clients an out-of-hours service or to segregate and protect the allocated areas from those still in use.

CCI has worked with retailers including Lacoste, Musto, Harrods, Moleskine, Starbucks, Top Shop, Hugo Boss and many more.  We have also refurbished operating theatres and associated areas at the Royal Sussex Hospital in Brighton and specialist cancer and intensive care unitls at the Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford.

Suspended Ceilings

We can supply and install suspended ceilings in a range of finishes to suit all requirements. Concealing services such as pipes and wires with lights positioned strategically can make your environment look vibrant and welcoming.

Curved and shaped ceiling features in plasterboard, GRG and metal are a modern approach to creating the desired enviroment within many commercial spaces.

Dry Lining

CCI provide a complete dry lining service to suit the ambiance required to finish areas in a tasteful manner.

Joinery and Carpentry

We can provide a supply-only or supply-and-fix service for carpentry related works to suit our client’s specific requirements from the installation of specialist doors, frames and ironmongery to kitchen design and installations to cut and pitched roofing. Our diverse yet versatile approach to carpentry sets us apart from our competitors.

CCI Gatwick Ltd is a leading main contractor in the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector. Since its origins the company has developed a first class reputation in hospitality fit out, specialising in restaurants, coffee shops and bars. In addition we also undertake retail work and have undertaken refits for many well-known brands.
